MAJOR NEWS in the NLP Field:
NLP Master Trainer Rex Sikes is BACK, after 10 years away from public training! And he's co-training an NLP Master Practitioner course with Jonathan Altfeld, in October 2013 in Los Angeles!
Now you too can train with the filmmaker, the motivational mind-reader/magician, and the wizard who was hired to analyze behavior and language in the OJ Simpson murder trial.
If you missed out on getting to train with Rex... you've got a rare and unprecedented opportunity to develop your NLP skills with two extraordinary trainers.
We're going to keep this page as short & sweet as possible. For any NLP Practitioner wanting to take the next amazing step, this is a dream opportunity. No other workshop this year is likely to compare.
Our message is pretty straightforward, so we're not going to sugar coat it or hype it up.
The field of NLP has been impoverished without Rex Steven Sikes around. He's been busy making films and doing other fascinating forms of entertainment and corporate presentations. NLP students haven't had this opportunity in more than 10 years!
If deep NLP skills are important to you... if you'd like to get a chance to train with the one NLP trainer that was continually consulted during the "OJ Simpson Murder Trial", then join us.
Rex and Jonathan share a belief that NLP certification courses ought to be a lot longer than 7 days, which seems to be the norm. Those short courses produce insufficient skills. Immersive courses make all the difference. So after running an amazing Practitioner training together in 2012, they decided to do two certification courses together in 2013. You're going to get a LOT of time with both of them; both of them (and assistants) will be present in the training room together, the majority of the time.
Jonathan counts Rex as not only an amazing trainer, but as one of his strongest influences, so if you like Jonathan's style, you'll likely love Rex. If you've been to any of Jonathan's workshops, you'll certainly have heard Rex's name mentioned. Several of Jonathan's preferred exercise drills are credited to Rex's work.
Rex has watched for 15 years from a distance, keeping his eye on what NLP businesses were continuing to do good training work, continued to hear positive things about Jonathan's training work, and finally they got to work together in Orlando FL, in November 2012. Choosing Jonathan as his training partner after 10 years away... was an enormous compliment to the Mastery InSight Institute. (Thanks Rex!) And if you couldn't attend the November 2012 Orlando Practitioner course, you'll have the opportunity AGAIN in 2013 - to take either or both Practitioner and Master Practitioner from these trainers in 2013!
Extraordinary Results Await You:
You're in luck...
If you expect and desire to develop deep and effective skills, woven together as a tapestry of holistic skills you can use in parallel.
If you want to elevate above the typical "NLP formulas" or "theory" you've read about in books, and stop just talking about NLP, but actually begin doing it, even as early as day one of a training.
If you mistakenly thought NLP was a big set of single techniques to apply one at a time, and would like to step into a new you.
If you'd like to attend a training that is uplifting, joyful, fun, transformative -- as WELL as highly effective and educational!
If you're ready to shake up... your current lifestyle &/or business patterns and start creating new ones.
Rex's courses were always known for being upbeat, supportive, transformative, powerful, and subtle. Rex himself is warm, approachable, charismatic, fascinating himself, AND fascinated with you and what we can enjoy together.
Jonathan's courses are known for the pursuit of the effective artistry of NLP, seemingly casual and easygoing, yet profoundly impactful through subtle training and building of the undercurrents supporting growth and discovery. Jonathan himself is committed to helping each person overcome stuck habits and less-than-useful patterns, as well as building new possibilities and training the skills that will help anyone create an entire new future for themselves.

Here's what's been said about NLP:
"NLP has metamorphosed into an all-purpose self-improvement program and technology." - Time Magazine
"NLP could be the most important synthesis of knowledge about human communication to emerge since the explosion of humanistic psychology in the sixties." - Science Digest
"Neuro-Linguistic Programming, co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, is an approach to psychotherapy that uses language patterns and metaphor to communicate with the unconscious mind." - Playboy
"NLP may be the most powerful vehicle for change in existence." - Modern Psychology
"NLP... is in fact the analysis of human communication processes with practical applications in training/learning situations, people management and self-management. It's about openness, the ability to change, and creating well-formed outcomes. That's probably why the idea has become so successful in today's turbulent world of work and personal life." - Mortgage Strategy
"...NLP cannot be dismissed as just another hustle. Its theoretical underpinnings represent an ambitious attempt to codify and synthesize the insights of linguistics, body language, and the study of communication systems." - Psychology Today

Recently, on social media, an NLP Practitioner asked a question about a client who reported having a phobia, and with whom he used the NLP Fast Phobia Cure, which may have partly worked, but it came back a few days later?
As of September 2020, we're in the process of moving from Tampa, Florida, to the Youngstown Ohio area.
Currently, during the Coronavirus era, we're mostly focusing on Zoom-based Coaching, and aligning resources to run online courses.
Watch NLP Co-Founder Richard Bandler use NLP to eliminate Michael Strahan's phobic response to snakes -- in minutes (with Kelly Ripa bringing over a BIG snake at the end to test Michael's response). Spoiler alert: It worked ridiculously well.
No matter what skill you want to learn, no matter what fears or concerns or hesitation you may have, there are and will always be a wide range of approaches, to learning that skill. It's important to keep that in mind when making learning choices.
Many more famous people have been trained in Ericksonian (indirect) Hypnosis and NLP than you might guess. There are certainly far more who have strong interests here than have publically admitted so.
I am waaay late in fulfilling my earlier intention of thanking Jonathan for the exciting and enlightening experience of his Practitioner course in February, 2012.
I have since attended another and both have literally changed the way I approach, my clients, my trials and indeed, my life! I would tell every lawyer I know to engage Jonathan to improve their skills, but only if they didn't practice in my jurisdictions! These skills have enhanced my life, for sure! Thanks, Jonathan!
When I grew up we moved many times. I hadn't developed any social skills, so as I grew up I would always be shy around strangers. I begin to feel anxious in meeting not only women but also any new people. What would I say? What happens when the conversation dies? I would hang on to anyone who showed any interest in me. Needless to say, I dated many "Ms. Right Now's" rather than "Ms. Right's" because they accepted me. After I attended the Flirtopia seminar, now I feel comfortable in any social situation. In having a new perspective in reading their comfort level, interest and willingness to follow me, I can lead them into many other activities that I enjoy. As I look back in my life, without attending Flirtopia, I know I would either be alone or with people who not only would tolerate my shyness but eventually become bored with it and take advantage of me. Now I find there is so much more to life. More doors have opened through becoming more social and I have been able to choose a woman who enjoys my company and we enjoy a much richer relationship. I know there have been events that have changed who I am today. Flirtopia is one of the most important in becoming who I am today. Thank you Jonathan.
My life is really getting even more interesting, just now I finished listening one more piece of puzzle I've been missing - how to track beliefs. My belief about beliefs is that they're life itself. So why not learn everything about them? If you want a precise model of how to do it and get to know people's circuits then Knowledge Engineering is the course to study and put in immediate use. I'm soon going to become Telecoms/Computers engineer and Jonathans experience as AI expert really got me in a new world of possibilites. I'm thinking about how to use it in all the directions in my life. As a guaranteed side benefit from the course is also opening your ears and listening to what people tell you. I'm really finding this a true must skill one should have. I'd like to thank Jonathan for his way of putting the model and for his genuine interest in his customers.
"KE is pure Dynamite and when used with [SoM], the combination is explosive! The tools compliment each other so well, you'll find you can not only smash a nut with a hammer but also finely craft and cut and piece back together an issue or problem with the finesse of a skilled craftsman."
For me the true value of a course becomes apparent after the session itself. How many times have you been to a training course where you heard some interesting things, promised you would apply them and then found that after a couple of months - despite all your best intentions - most of those great things you had heard were forgotten? Well, this is a course that has made a difference to my every day life. My skill at communication (both listening and sharing) has greatly increased and the fantastic thing is that as a result of this course I am still learning new things every day! So what is different versus other courses? Well firstly Jonathan managed to find a way to make the content of the course really meaningful for me (and the interesting thing is he found a way to achieve this for each one of the course delegates without losing out on the overall aims of the course), and secondly the course provided a number of tools that facilitates ongoing exploration and learning. One example, my brother had a presentation to do and after he shared some of his planned content my husband and I made a number of suggestions and observations based in our learning from the course with Jonathan. My brother asked how we could be so insightful. We explained and immediately my brother decided to sign up for the course.
I used to think modelling was strategy elicitation and from that I could never figure out how people like Richard Bandler so successfully modelled Erickson etc. I thought that maybe it was innate genius or maybe its something they don't teach explicitly now. In this training Jonathan brings his expertise from the domain of Knowledge Engineering (modelling experts and encoding that knowledge in software) together with his expertise in NLP. [...] What I had no idea of how to do before was how to code the information that I elicited. A Knowledge Engineer writes the rules that enable an expert system to make decisions, and while Cyberspace may be an overused word, its interesting to think of having a dataspace to represent the matrix of information you construct to build your model. [...] I recommend this training to those who want to learn how to model the excellence in other people and make it their own.
I recommend Jonathan's NLP Course to anyone who is interested in dramatically improving his or her rapport and communication skills. I am very impressed with Jonathan's quick and practical approach to the questions posed by his students. I have accepted the challenge to continue practicing these skills in the future, and strive to achieve Jonathan's elegance and mastery.
From my perspective, context and meaning are, if not everything, a very big slice of the cake. Jonathan Altfeld's 'Knowledge Engineering' has provided me with the tools and understanding to create contextual maps of any problem, with cause, effect AND meaning. This approach is very powerful, and allowed me to create breakthrough strategies immediately, with clarity and certainty of purpose. Beyond this, Jonathan is exceptionally wise and articulate about NLP and how to use it to effect meaningful, lasting change. He is also very approachable and generous, and a pleasure to work with.
Thanks for a wonderful & mind altering weekend - it was worth every single penny! [...] my brain just can't stop generating new ideas & solutions, identifying patterns, going through the huge pile of new information. [...] I still don't have a clue as to how you managed to get that much data into these few inches of my brain in such a short time!!! NLP seems to be much more effective & powerful than I ever dared to dream of.....
